Mechita is a light version of Mecha, the single-ply superwash yarn beautifully dyed by the artisans of Malabrigo. Soft and rich like the original, but great for lighter projects!

Great for: shawls, scarves, garments, accessories, baby and children items, lace, cables, textured stitches.

All Malabrigo yarns are hand-dyed: colors may vary slightly from batch to batch, as well as individual skeins within the same batch.

If you plan to use multiple skeins of the same color for one project, it is always recommended to alternate between them (similar to working stripes) to achieve the most uniform results.

Needle size: 2.25 - 2.75 mm

Crochet hook size: 3.25 - 4.0 mm

Care: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Dry flat (not suitable for tumble drying).
