Its origins date back to the 15th century, after the crossbreeding between local sheep and Spanish Merino rams donated by the Spanish kings to the Papal State. Since then, the careful selection carried out by breeders from Puglia and Abruzzo over the years has given rise to the current breed called Merino Gentile di Puglia.

It is recommended to work with 7-8 mm knitting needles or 8-9 mm crochet hooks.

To make a long-sleeved women's sweater size 46, you will need 12 skeins.

For a 10x10 cm sample, work 12 stitches x 16 rows.

Machine wash at 30°C with short spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.
